MATRIX

is a high-performance glider model developed by Christian Fiedler and designed for F3B / F3F.

During the design, increased emphasis was placed on speed flight (speed), but without having to make compromises in other disciplines such as high takeoff, cross country flight and thermal flight. Profiles have been developed which are distributed from 7.9% thickness (C15679) at the root to 7.3% (C15673) at the thinnest point of the wing up to 7.5% (C16675) at the margin.
With a total of 9 profiles adjusted in thickness and curvature, the outstanding all-round properties and easy handling of the model are achieved. The design of the fuselage, the lever arm and the tail unit size ensure excellent directional stability for the cross-country flight as well as the task F3F and at the same time have a positive influence on the circular behavior in thermal flight. The narrow hull offers little forehead resistance but still enough space for 2x LiIo cells with 2900mAh for high-voltage operation.

The matrix is ​​ballasted using connectors (4x150g) and surface ballast (8x130g).
This enables the center of gravity to be shifted precisely for the various tasks.
Only the latest technologies and the highest quality materials are used in the construction.
